Choosing the right secondary school is one of the most important decisions that families make. A prospectus, website or set of results can tell you a great deal about a school, but there is no substitute for walking through its doors, meeting its students and staff, and seeing for yourself what everyday life is really like. I would therefore like to warmly invite prospective students and their families to our Open Day at Preston School on Thursday 17th September.
Open Morning 9am until 10.30am
Our Open Morning provides families with the opportunity to visit Preston during a normal school day. You will be able to tour the school while lessons are taking place, see our teachers teaching and our students learning, and experience the culture and atmosphere of Preston as it is, every single day.
Open Evening 4.30pm until 7.00pm
Our Open Evening offers a further opportunity to explore the school, visit our subject areas, and to speak with our staff in more depth. I will be running three short presentations, at 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm and we encourage families to attend one of these, if you are able.
