Yoga for beginners
Unwind after a busy school day with our beginner-friendly Yoga Club, held every Tuesday from 3:15 – 4:00 PM in the Dance Studio. This calming session focuses on gentle stretching, building strength, and improving flexibility. Each session ends with a short mindfulness or meditation practice to help you relax and reset. No experience needed – everyone is welcome!
