Preston School will be closed for Year 7 – 10 on the 26th March due to Industrial Action. We will however remain open for Year 11 students. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Year 11 Timetable for the Day

The school will be open for Year 11 Students who will be completing mock examinations and controlled assessments. Once these have been completed normal lessons will resume. In cases where subject staff are absent facilities will be provided for private study.

8:15 - 8:45 

Breakfast to be provided in the Hub Students eligible for Free school meals will be able to collect their baguette
meal deal. 

9:15 – 11:15 English papers 

All students will be completing either a Reading or Literature paper

11:15 – 11:55 Break
11.55 – 12.55

Period 4 - Normal lessons and private study

13 Students will be completing an iGCSE Maths paper

Selected students to complete English speaking and listening controlled assessment.

12.55 – 13.50 Lunch – There will be no facilities available for lunch and all students, other than those eligible for Free School Meals, will need to have brought in a picnic lunch.
13.50 – 14.55
